This workshop is the third workshop of continuous whokshop divided into three times. And this workshop took place in a world heritage "Arc et Senans". In this workshop the participants made soil screen walls and machines modules with using the modules which is already made in the secound workshop.

The world heritage is located in the midland of France."Royal salt factory" is a name for the site. There are several exhibition every year in this site. This time the concept of a exhibition supposed to take place for several months this time is light and color. In this exhibition we had the opportunity to build what students designed in the world heritage for several months.

In this workshop. Mr. Kinya Maruyama, architect from Japan, and Mr. Ricardo L. Castro, architect from France, were invited as a Lecturer. There are two kind of workshop. In the workshop organized by Mr. Kinya, he invited Mr. Naoki Kusumi, plaster mater, from Japan. The participants consisted of the studeints of Grenoble University and students from Japan.

In Kinya's workshop, the participants make long soil screen wall that covers the facade of a building which is supposed to be restructed in Arc et Senans.

In Ricardo's workshop, the participants make a machine which cut the view of visitor of it with the concept of light, color and view.

This is the site in which the workshop took place. The building came out in this picture is director's building as the symbol of power.

Exhibition of Panton

The exhibition of Panton, a designer of furniture, was supposed to take place right after the workshop finished. The participants could visit the exhibition.

Lunch

The participants ate lunch at one of the buildings of residence of workers who were supposed to work in those day.

Start to work

This is one of group work of Mr. Kinya's workshop.They ram the posts into the groud to fasten the soil module which was made already in the secound workshop on it.

The participants decided details of the design as they discuss the design in the group.

This is one of group work of Mr. Ricardo's workshop.They begun to assembled the machine from modules which was made already in the secound workshop.

A heavy part of the machine was lifted by all the participants.
